**Article XV, Section 4 (a) of the CFA Constitution reads: "Cruel or inhumane treatment in the breeding, keeping, showing, or otherwise dealing with felines. And section 4 (g) reads: "Any act or conduct seriously and patently detrimental to the best interest and welfare of the cat or the Cat Fanciers’ Association."

What the letter means is you are suspended from CFA services. You can go to the show as a spectator but you cannot register or show with CFA. You can appeal the "Conduct Detrimental to the Cat Fancy" and have a hearing with the board for $250.00.
(But Zizzo has removed the rest of that sentence that said “But they have all seen your website”)

Debra Mitchell has not been given any sentence I just got the final information from the courts and CFA will move forward with her case before the next board meeting.
You were not suspended on Animal Welfare Charges you were suspended because of "Conduct Detrimental". Your website & calling various authorities on other breeders is what you were suspended for. (This was the second time, the first time it was for animal welfare)

Your letter says Article XV Section Four which reads: Conduct of Club Officers, Breeders, Exhibitors, Show Officials and Other Participants subject to Board Discipline.
Then G which reads: Any act or conduct seriously and patently detrimental to the best interest and welfare of the cat or the Cat Fanciers Association.
That is the consitution of CFA that I quoted above. You have been permanently suspended using those articles of the CFA constitution. This is lifetime.
